GFX TOS

1 - You must pay 50-100% upfront before I start the commission, this is to prevent getting ghosted, ignored, or scammed.

2 - If you want me to show the process of the logo being made you must pay 100% upfront.

3 - You must answer my messages within 3 days, if I'm ignored or I don't get a response I won't work on your commission.

4 - If I already finished the commission and you don't respond within 2 days, I will delete the logo with the watermark over it and report you.

5 - If you block me after I finish the commission or during the commission, or scam me, or do anything to waste my time, I will report you and publicly shame you.

6 - If you have to cancel the logo, I will charge you with a cancellation fee, if you don't pay the fee you will be reported to all servers and publicly shamed.

7 - You are not to take credit of the logo I made you, if you do, you will be publicly shamed and reported to all servers. I also make sure to take screenshots of the layers when doing work just in case.

8 - If you are paying robux, you are expected to cover the tax.

9 - If you're paying through paypal, you must pay family and friends to prevent getting charged back. If you pay the other way, you are expected to pay the tax. If you don't it's not considered full payment so I will not send the commission without the watermark until it's done.

10 - I do not do refunds. If you're asking for a logo that for some reason doesn't get accepted by roblox, I can fix the logo up but I will not do a full refund

11 - Reselling my logo at all is strictly forbidden
